It’s showtime again for timber professionals with the Working with Wood Pietermaritzburg KwaZulu-Natal Show, set to take place from 7 to 9 September 2018 at the famous Royal Show Grounds in Pietermaritzburg.
Hosted in conjunction with The Witness Garden Show, Working with Wood will feature a much larger brand and product display this year – a host of new products that will be launched at the show as well as an exciting line up of demonstrations.
“This year’s Working with Wood show features some of our latest innovative and technically advanced tools and equipment in the country today. Top brands on show with their latest products include Festool, Kreg, Alpen, Bessey, Tork Craft, Saw Stop, Felo, Triton, MPS, Rawl Plug, Drill Doctor, ProTec, Howard, Spring Tools, Armor and many more,” says Greg de Villiers, sales manager at Vermont Sales.
He continues, “This show showcases major suppliers and highlights include an exhibition of the latest equipment, systems and specialist tools with demonstrations on techniques such as airbrushing and specialised turning.”
Demonstrators will be available to share their knowledge of their craft including woodturning, carving, sharpening and pyrography among others. “There is a growing need for shows that offer more hands-on demonstrations so that people who attend these demonstrations can learn more about the applications for the latest tools and systems,” says De Villiers.
